Return policy
Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns. If an error was made in the production process or shipping, we will send a replacement product free of charge. In that case, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve it for you.

Cancelations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period we have already started producing your personalized item and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
