How can I personalize my product?
On the product pages you will find an input field where you can enter your desired personalization, such as names, initials, dates or symbols. You can also choose from a variety of fonts to make your design truly unique.
How long does delivery take?
Because our products are custom made, delivery usually takes about 3 weeks. We will send you a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns. If an error was made in the production process or shipping, we will send a replacement product free of charge. In that case, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve it for you.
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period we have already started producing your personalized item and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form below.
